We had a brilliant stay at Sakuragawa Riverside with a beautiful view of the Sakuragawa river. Even though we had a minor issue with getting the keys, the staff at the Yakitori restaurant next door were very helpful in locating the hotel's contact number and resolving the problem. The location was perfect, just a 20-minute walk from the station, and the room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this cozy and clean hotel for tourists looking for a great stay in Osaka.

I liked the place, it was well-equipped. There was a nice garden near the apartment. Food for breakfast was fantastic. Stuff was willing to help, they're delightful...

Everything there was perfect, quiet atmosphere. The staff were amiable and responsive. Awesome and handy location, near city center.

the location was absolutely comfortable to stay as it was near the river and within walking distance to famous attractions like Dotonburi. the room was unexpectedly spacious with comfy beds. the staff provided excellent service, even keeping me updated on the delivery of my parcels. the hotel offered great amenities and toiletries, exceeding my expectations.

The bathroom had an unpleasant smell that made it difficult to use.
